Data Center Advisors (DCA) rebrands as Data Center Partners (DCP)

Munich – September 12th, 2024 – DCA will officially rebrand as DCP – Data Center Partners, marking a significant transformation in the company’s approach to the data center industry.

About Data Center Partners (DCP)

DCP is a one-stop-shop investment boutique with focus on colocation and hyperscale data centers, covering the key stages of the data center lifecycle, from initial development to operations in strategic locations across the DACH region. The Company,founded in 2021, is based in Munich and has currently around 25 employees, operating from all over the DACH region. DCP manages and develops assets with a current value of 660 Mio. EUR and close to 200 MW in operation or under development.

By consolidating the comprehensive expertise under one single brand, DCP aims to streamline processes, reduce complexities, and deliver a seamless experience, connecting the dots between investors, clients and partners.

Proven Track Record from Edge to Hyperscale

DCP continues to drive forward as a specialized, one-stop-shop provider. The company delivers customized solutions tailored to the needs of investors, partners, and customers, leveraging a proven track record across the DACH region.

In just a few years, DCP has successfully developed or co-developed several key projects in a multi-segment approach, including an ESG-focused hyperscale and large enterprise data center platform with sites in Berlin (40 MVA) and Frankfurt/Schwalbach (25 MVA). These projects demonstrate DCP’s expertise in managing every aspect of the development process, from site identification to power contract negotiations, building permitting, BImSchG authorization, and due diligence initiated with global hyperscalers.

Additionally, DCP has launched a new edge data center platform with leased facilities in operation in Heidelberg, and Graz, specifically designed to host enterprise customers while offering superior performance and scalability. These achievements highlight DCP’s proven capability to deliver high-quality data center projects that align with the demand of an evolving market.
