Munich

Munich is the latest datacenter development initiated by Data Center Partners. Located in Unterschleißheim, less than 20km from the Center of Munich, the Capital City of Bayern, this future-ready datacenter aims at bringing additional compute power to the large enterprises of the Region, including AI, HPC, cloud and IT companies.

With strong industries such as automotive, finance, insurance, media, TV, IT, retail or aerospace, and global tech giants having their German Headquarters here in Bayern, one of the most dynamic Regions in Germany, there are growing needs in terms of compute power for AI, storage, cloud, research & development and machine learning. This is the why have decided to launch this ambitious datacenter project with an estimated 30MVA of power.

Unterschleißheim is a well-connected area offering access to national and international telco operators. It is also close to an existing datacenter hub.

Therefore, the site can be used as a primary location. It is also a perfect strategic location as back-up site or for DRP purposes (disaster recovery plan).
