ESG
A responsible and sustainable approach to investment and ownership is an essential part of our firm culture at DCP. We see it as our obligation, to integrate environmental, social and corporate governance factors (“ESG”) into our investment decisions.
Responsible Investments
DCP will at any time review, whether a potential Data Center investment is in accordance with the criteria for responsible investment based on the Sustainable Developments Goals (SDGs) formulated by the UN.
Code of Conduct
For our Data Center investments, we implemented a set of guidelines (“Code of Conduct”) consisting of clear rules and processes to help our employees integrate and adhere to our ESG standards.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are transforming waste heat from Data Centers into sustainable heating solutions for emerging communities and municipalities. We enable the reuse of heat by providing end-to-end solutions for our partners and investors.
We partner with Data Center operators to repurpose heat. We enable our partners to be more sustainable and compliant with energy efficiency regulations. For our investors, we enable the reliable supply with sustainable, local heat from Data Centers. We plan, build, own and operate the required energy infrastructure.
PLAN
We run the entire planning and design process, from initial concept to technical planning, permitting, subsidy management, and contract design.
BUILD
We handle the full construction of energy infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration from the Data Center heat source to the final delivery of heat to our customers.
OWN
We take a long-term perspective as an investor, owner, and trusted partner. We offer tailored contracting and heating solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.

We ensure the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of our energy infrastructure, guaranteeing consistent heat supply and demand for our partners and investors, backed by exceptional customer service.
