As an Associate Development Manager, you conduct Data Center market research, create compelling presentations, support on site selection and new deal opportunities, back-up your team during due diligence processes (technical, commercial and legal due diligence) and work on site acquisitions.

As a Development Manager, you’ll oversee several components of Data Center projects or smaller individual projects, contributing directly to our success with investors. Your responsibilities will include participating in initial meetings with property owners, site assessments, and kickoff discussions with stakeholders such as investors, architects, and construction firms.

As Senior Development Manager, you will have full oversight of a Data Center project, including budget management, team leadership, and project outcomes. You’ll engage directly with property owners and play a key role in the identification and acquisition of sites, guiding your team throughout the process.

As a Principal, your extensive experience in Data Center projects will be leveraged to drive major new business initiatives, with a significant focus on large-scale acquisitions. You will oversee the management of some of our most complex and high-profile Data Center projects. Additionally, you will mentor and lead less experienced team members.

In the role of Associate Partner, you are being evaluated for full partnership. You are expected to bring in substantial new business and take charge of an entire Data Center asset class, whether it be hyperscale, colocation, or edge. You’ll also take over leadership responsibilities across various departments, including Sales, Investment, Finance, HR, Marketing, Construction, and Operations, ensuring overall success and budget management.

Achieving Partner status signifies a key leadership position within the organization, where you’ll benefit from the company’s profit-sharing scheme. You will lead entire sectors of Data Center expertise, guiding the strategic direction of asset classes and ensuring that we remain ahead of the curve. Your responsibilities include ensuring project success, spearheading new acquisitions, and providing leadership and development to your teams.
